Awesome fish fry! We love going on Friday's and getting the fish, they have Perch which is really good. They recently changed cooks, and our fish one Friday was not good. We ordered takeout, we called and the owner gave us a credit for our next visit. A good small town atmosphere. We really enjoy the OutPost Fish Fry.

Great neighborhood bar with a delicious Friday fish fry! Perch had a nice, light and crispy breading and fries were firm yet tender. Hoping to stop in again soon to get the dinner with salad bar!

Moved to Cottage Grove last year and Outpost quickly became a go-to. Best bar food in the area in my opinion!

We were meeting friends for dinner. I'm disabled and walk with a cane, so I was very pleased with how accessible it was and how friendly everyone seemed. The food was excellent. I would definitely recommend The Outpost if your looking for good bar fare and fun.
